Center Establishment & Compliance

  • The franchise must establish the center at a location where there is no objection from government/local authorities.
  • The franchise must comply with EVCSM rules, regulations, and infrastructure requirements.
  • The franchise must commence operations within one month of signing the agreement (unless prior permission for delay is granted).

Authorization & Branding

  • The franchise (Second Party) is authorized to operate under the name and flagship of Edu Vision Computer Saksharta Mission (EVCSM).
  • The franchise has no authority to make agreements with other centers, institutions, or individuals using EVCSM’s name without written approval.

Financial Terms

  • Course fees may be set by the franchise as per local requirements.
  • All dues must be paid on time to EVCSM.
  • EVCSM reserves the right to revise charges/fees as needed.

Student Services

  • EVCSM will provide I-Cards and Fee Cards to students at admission.
  • EVCSM will conduct semester and final examinations (online/offline).
  • Certificates/Diplomas will only be issued by EVCSM Head Office. Centers cannot issue their own certificates.
  • Certificates will be issued within 45 days of complete student details being furnished to EVCSM.
  • No guarantee of job placement or recognition in government jobs is provided.

Confidentiality & Restrictions

  • The franchise must maintain the confidentiality of EVCSM’s operations and cannot publish or broadcast information without written consent.
  • Misuse of EVCSM’s name or violation of this agreement may result in termination with one month’s notice.

Operations & Responsibilities

  • The franchise is solely responsible for all expenses of running the institute.
  • The franchise must send copies of student admission forms to EVCSM within one month of admission.
  • EVCSM may open new centers in the same area, except within 2 KM in urban areas and 5 KM in rural areas of an existing center (unless agreed).
  • The franchise must ensure examinations are conducted at their location responsibly.
  • EVCSM will provide transfer facilities for students between centers if conditions are met.

Termination & Legal Liability

  • Authorization can be terminated immediately without notice if fraudulent or false information is furnished by the franchise.
  • Any fraudulent certificates issued by the franchise will be treated as a serious violation, and legal action will be taken.
  • The franchise is not liable for fraudulent acts by EVCSM, but EVCSM is responsible for delivering valid certificates within the agreed timeline.
